2. You need to avoid the urge of indulging in fast foods. Always try to order salad and not fat-filled burgers and fries.

4. Keep healthy snacks handy such as raisins, popcorn, wheat crackers, and nuts. Refuse to buy store-bought baked goods or junk food.
5. Start Light Exercise at the earliest like a walk of 10 minutes per day then move to 20 minutes.
6. Exercise Tips can be used like parking your vehicle a farther or using elevator instead of lift. These tips can be used after about 02 months of delivery.
7. Not to be fooled by foods labeled as non-fat. Because some of these are filled of calories and can have hydrogenated vegetable oils and/or high fructose corn syrup, which are not healthy for you. Go through detailed labels first!
8. Eat boneless chicken & Fish, avoid beef and fats like ghee, cheese and butter.
9. Eat grains in whole (like breads, pastas & cereals) instead of "white" versions
You need to keep in mind that you took 9 months to gain this weight. It will take at least half of it to lose weight in safe and effective way. At the last is final tip of the day i.e. “Avoid Treats” from friends or relatives for at least 04 months after delivery.
